Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched. Faulty items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement product. All returns must be accompanied by a written description of the fault and whether you require refund or replacement. Refunds or replacements cannot be given if the client has damaged or misused the product.

Items will be delivered to the address supplied by the customer. Where these details are incorrectly supplied by the customer, we will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any products that you fail to receive.
